Human ressources department

The human resources department is made up of two services:

The career management service: Responsible for evaluating and monitoring employee careers. This service is composed of two sections, the first one deals with internal recruitment, promotions, seniority, work competitions, employment contracts, internship contracts, disciplinary boards and appeals. The second section deals with external recruitment including diploma-based recruitment, selection, interview and direct recruitment.

The training and level improvement service: is responsible for raising the level of performance of directorate employees and training, whether for new employees or employees who have been promoted from training seminars.
