SCHOLARSHIP

  

 Scholarship The majority of students enrolled in an institution of higher education and scientific research benefit from a university scholarship deposited in the beneficiary's current postal account every three months.

Conditions for benefiting from the university scholarship

  • The student must be legally registered in a higher education institution.
  • The scholarship is linked to the pedagogical path of the student and the training period spent in preparing the certificate.
  • The scholarship is linked to the net income of the student’s parents.
  • The combined monthly incomes of the parents should not exceed eight (08) times the guaranteed national minimum wage.
  • The university scholarship is subject to the principle of annual budget and has no retroactive effect.
  • Not to combine the university scholarship or any other grant of any nature.

Undergraduate scholarship file

 The initial registration is electronic and is completed with  the directorate with the following documents:

  • A copy of the registration certificate
  • A copy of the baccalaureate transcript
  • Postal check or balance statement
  • 2  photos

Documents related to parents 

  • Parents' tax non-liability certificate clear of debts (original)
  • In case of parents are working: annual salary statement (original)
  • In case of parents are not working: Certificate of non-work
  • In case of retirement: the annual salary statement obtained from the National Retirement Fund (CNR) (original)
  • In case of divorce: a copy of the court ruling for divorce
  • In case of death: death certificate for merchants and artisans: Income statement of merchants from the Tax Authority (original)
  • Certificate of non-submission to tax plus debts (original)

Note: For students whose parent works in the higher education sector, they must submit a work certificate for the guardian who works in the sector only, without any other documents.

University scholarship file for foreign students

  • A certified copy of the baccalaureate transcript
  • A certified copy of the equivalence certificate registration
  • certificate birth certificate
  • A certified copy of the foreign resident card
  • Ministerial license to register
  • Ministerial decision to benefit from the university scholarship
  • Two  photos.
  • Two postal envelopes bearing the postal stamp and the student's address.
  • A postal check in the name of the student crossed out or a certificate of opening a current postal account + Nouvel avoir.

Documents for transferring the university scholarship file

  • Submitting a written request to transfer the university scholarship file.
  • A certified copy of the registration certificate of the original university institution.
  • A certified copy of the registration certificate of the receiving university institution.

University scholarship suspension cases

  • The university scholarship is suspended in the event of a serious disciplinary error. In the event of failure, repeating the year, or any academic delay, the university scholarship is not extended until after a full year of success.
  • A study delay is any change in a section, a reorientation, or a cessation of study for a certain period, regardless of the reasons.
  • Any false statement or forgery in administrative papers and documents deprives its holder of the university scholarship permanently, with the possibility of judicial prosecution.
  • It is strictly forbidden for every student who has received a university scholarship previously to file a scholarship with another baccalaureate degree, and anyone who violates this will be subject to judicial follow-up
