Conditions to benifit from a university room 

 Conditions to benefit from a university room, within the limits of the available reception capacities, in collective rooms, the number of residents of which varies according to its surface area. For an amount of 400 DZD per year for students fulfilling the following conditions:

• Be registered in one of the establishments of higher education and scientific research and fulfill the educational and geographical conditions specified at the beginning of each academic year by a ministerial circular which includes the standards and procedures for registration in various universities in the country and identifies geographic constituencies for registration.
• The age of the boys or girls student must not exceed 28 years. Only students who live 50 km or more for boys and 30 km or more for girls will benefit from a room from the educational atablishement where they study.

File for new students

The initial registration is electronic and is completed with the accommodation services at the university residences with the following documents:

• Certificate of Registration
• Two photos
• Residence certificate
• Medical certificate (phthisiology and general)

After studying the file and accepting it, an accommodation decision is granted to the student, valid for one year.

Master's student file

• Certificate of Registration
• A copy of the baccalaureate transcript
• Residence certificate
• Medical certificate (phthisiology and general)
• Two photos

Renewal file

• Certificate of re-registration
• Resident Card
• Two photos

Transfer of accommodation file

If the student is obliged to transfer his university residence, and in order to be accepted in the host establishment, he must present to the accommodation service:

• A handwritten transfer request for the host university residence.
• A copy of the registrate certificate from the host university.
